The Puzzle
Our puzzle is incomplete without you.
The fabric of the Jewish people is woven from diverse pieces, and each of us is a vital piece of our people’s puzzle, or as it is called in Hebrew, a Tatzref (תַּצְרֵף). Just like with a puzzle, so in reality— the picture cannot be complete unless all its pieces are present.
Now, 700 days since the war began and the hostages were taken in captivity, there are still 48 people who have not yet returned home. Each person carries within them a story , innumerable experiences that shaped who they are. Each of them yearning to return home, an inseparable part of our people, our community, of us. As long as they have not returned home, the puzzle of the Jewish People remains incomplete. The responsibility to bring them back is a moral Jewish, and Israeli obligation, one that calls upon all of us—not only the decision-makers, but each one of us, with our voices and our actions.
For this reason, we created the attached tile puzzle—a special puzzle designed for simple home printing, which can serve as a conversation tool revolving the matter of bringing the hostages back home, to us, to their families. The puzzle is made up of 50 rectangular tile-pieces, each designed to fit the size of a standard A4 page. All that is needed is simply to press print and use it.
